MNNR provides technical controls designed to support transparency, authorization oversight, and auditability in agentic payment flows.
MNNR is currently preparing enterprise pilot diligence materials for Article 50 transparency support and PSD3/PSR-aligned authorization use cases.
EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations have been in force since 2 August 2026. A limited grace period applies only to AI systems placed on the market before that date, and only to the Article 50(2) marking and detection obligation for AI-generated content, which applies from 2 December 2026. MNNR provides technical controls designed to support those obligations; it does not make a compliance determination. Applicability depends on system role, use case, jurisdiction, and exceptions.
Current controls and documentation are maintained in a claim-controlled register. Public claims on this page are limited to controls that are implemented, evidenced, and approved for external use.
MNNR provides technical controls. MNNR does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee regulatory compliance, and does not replace customer legal, compliance, or risk review. Customers remain responsible for determining whether their implementation satisfies applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
