About MNNR
MNNR is building the authoritative layer for agentic payments: a place to identify the actor, bind delegated permission, evaluate a transaction intent, and preserve evidence of the decision.
Why we exist
Software can already assemble an order and initiate a payment. What remains unresolved is whether that software was authorized to act, by whom, within which limits, and under which policy.
MNNR addresses that decision boundary above existing payment and settlement infrastructure. It is rail-neutral and designed to complement—not replace—the systems that move or custody money.
The product authorizes and records the decision, not the funds.
