MNNR provides technical controls designed to support EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations for agentic payment flows — AI-actor self-identification, mandate binding, policy enforcement, and audit exports.
These transparency obligations have been in force in the EU since 2 August 2026. A limited grace period applies only to AI systems placed on the market before that date, and only to the Article 50(2) marking and detection obligation for AI-generated content, which applies from 2 December 2026.
